Our client, a recently established single family office, is looking to hire two Associates for their team in Frankfurt. They are focussing on investments in industrials, healthcare, consumer and B2B business services targets in the DACH region. The founding partners came together after gaining exceptional deal experience from top private equity firms. A professional corporate governance structure allows the partners to be effective and competitive.
This is an unique opportunity to join a dynamic team with a flat hierarchy, quick decision making and encouragement for proactive involvement in growing the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Involvement in all aspects of deal origination and execution
  • Execution of due diligence activities
  • Analysis of business models
  • Creation of integrated financial models
  • Support with negotiations
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant experience in Investment Banking (M&A), consulting or Big 4 with a strong mid cap orientation
  • Top financial modelling skills and outstanding analytical skills
  • Entrepreneur who is hard working, flexible and wants to make a difference
