Thanks to the cooperation in a large, pan-European group in 19 countries, synergies can be used and the common, ambitious goals can be achieved. Veterinarians and specialists from a wide range of specialties work together in an interdisciplinary manner, which promotes the rapid and effective exchange of experience and helps to continuously improve the quality of the veterinary services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young team with a high level of responsibility since they are looking to hire new M&A Managers to lead the execution of further deals, working remotely within Germany.
What the job involves
  • Responsible for further growth in the DACH region with focus on acquisition of new clinics/practices
  • Independent project management within the individual projects from signature of LoI to closing and preparation for integration (PMS)
  • Conducting negotiations with owners, lawyers and auditors
  • Preparation of IC papers for the management for the responsible acquisition projects
  • Independent communication with the relevant departments of the international group
Who we are looking for
  • Profound handling of figures and contracts
  • Good experiences with the due diligence and M&A processes
  • Sound business management experience in the areas of balance sheet, P&L and cash flow analysis
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Strong communication skills, service-oriented personality, coupled with organizational skills as well as a structured, meticulous and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
