About our client
We are working with a boutique investment firm investing in private equity, venture capital and secondary strategies. They are keen to further expand their institutional investor community across Europe and as such, are looking to bring on board an experienced fundraising professional to be based in Geneva, Switzerland.

What the job involves
You will be expected to have had exposure to institutional investors by being part of a team that raises institutional capital for private markets strategies. If you have your own track record, that would be great, and they will also be open to someone who is in the process of building a network and will be given the opportunity to expand across different markets.
  • Support the capital raising efforts across all funds and strategies
  • Build strong relationships with institutional investors across European markets
  • Build upon and develop keen product knowledge, able to discuss extensively with LPs
  • Attend key industry conferences

Who we are looking for
  • Strong sales professional with a demonstrated history of working in a private markets' sales/sales support environment
  • Demonstrable network, with a focus on institutional investors across Europe and the US
  • Entrepreneurial, multilingual (English is a must, any other European language is a plus), with a positive mindset, and passionate about capital raising
  • Charismatic communicator who has strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Must be willing to travel extensively
