Classification: Full-Time Exempt

Purpose of Job:

To manage a team and lead all credit and collections activities, while partnering with business to support the customer, growth and drive working capital improvements.  

 Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage team of 3-5 Collectors  
  • Manage small portfolio of accounts
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding
  • Analyzes credit data to identify the degree of risk involved in extending credit
  • Peer leadership across operational teams
  • Lead credit related projects as needed
  • Facilitate Dispute/Deduction management process
  • Develop and implement collections strategies
  • Promote growth and development of team 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • Minimum 2+ years of credits earned toward bachelor’s degree in Business   
  • 3-5 years of related B2B Credit/Collections experience with demonstrated leadership (direct or peer)

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer (internal/external) service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Intermediate or higher skills with Microsoft Office Suite (primary need is Excel)
  • Flexible and able to pivot when priorities change
  • Team builder
  • High acumen in technology
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Results driven and collaborative leadership style

Additional Salary Information: Salary dependent on experience.
