About our client
Our client is a global private equity fund with a significant presence in the industrial and commercial real estate sectors in Mexico. Its current portfolio in Mexico includes 200+ industrial properties and close to 20 retail properties throughout the country. Its Mexican operations are headquartered in Mexico City.

What the job involves
  • Work with internal teams to develop incisive reports and analyses on operations and investments for senior management and the board of directors
  • Develop thorough analyses and reports on a regular and timely basis for investors
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to detect and report on new opportunities and risks
  • Prepare and review annual sustainability reports
  • Oversee the preparation of annual reports and other documents required for a publicly listed entity
  • Prepare ad-hoc project specific presentations

Who we are looking for
  • Solid experience in the financial sector, at a bank or pe fund, in the analysis and preparation of financial and investment reports
  • Experience working in investment analyses or investor relations reporting
  • Superior research and investigative skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize important market, economic and regulatory issues and trends
  • Consummate communicator, with impeccable written and verbal skills in English and Spanish
  • Capable to generate quality PPT presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to draft and execute incisive investment and finance reports in English
  • Position based in Mexico City, Mexico
