We Offer The successful lawyer's responsibilities include:
Providing legal advice and drafting transaction documentation relating to derivatives and structured products with a variety of underlying asset classes (including credit derivatives and proprietary indices)
Engaging with front office personnel on the development and execution of all GTS products
Instructing and managing external counsel (including review and settlement of legal documentation and opinions)
Advising on internal policies in collaboration with other relevant partners
Considering related issues including suitability, reputational risk, cross-border, regulatory requirements and risk disclosure

The role is a regional legal position within the GC APAC Global Trading Solutions legal team. The team provides legal support for the APAC division across Credit Suisse's Global Trading Solution (GTS) business.
