Leads the design, development, implementation, and support of various Voice and Contact Center technology solutions
Responsible for the analysis, design, development, unit testing, and implementation of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology.
Participates in standard business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.
Uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems.
Researches, analyzes, recommends, and implements new technologies, standard processes, tools, and techniques
Working with onshore/offshore development and testing teams
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years of relevant work experience required.
5-7+ years of experience coding and/or designing in relevant programming languages (specific required languages will vary by position).
5+ years of practical experience and proven success with the design and build of complex software applications.
Demonstrated experience coding and/or designing in multiple environments.
Experienced Java/J2EE developer with hands on experience building customer-facing applications * Java based RESTful and SOAP APIs * Spring framework (Spring MVC, Spring boot, Spring Security) * UI development (Angular, JSP, HTML, CSS) * Relational database, specifically MS SQL * CI/CD - Jenkins * Monitoring tools
Experience using ServiceNow (or other change management tools)
Creative ability to solve problems
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have cloud development experience, preferably AWS
Experience working with voice and contact center technology a plus
