Assigned to highly complex consulting problems with a significantly large scope/breadth.
Contributes to and leads solutions development for core firm offerings as well as those that are of strategic importance to the achievement of firm objectives.
Collaborates with leaders to develop strategies to drive increased adoption and utilization of solutions.
Employs a client-focused, strategic approach to drive adoption and utilization of solutions through new business efforts for clients and prospects (e.g., sales strategy meetings, demonstrations, finalist presentations, etc.) and industry/professional events.
Conducts in-depth and complex analyses on competitive landscape and the industry environment.
Demonstrates in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of firm solutions, the marketplace and client needs.
Seen as a firm expert on a key solutions of strategic importance to the firm and is known across the industry as a trusted expert in the field.
Reviews and assesses consulting problems, leveraging market and client insights and related highly complex analyses, and develops opportunities for new and enhanced solutions.
Identifies opportunities and/or gaps within the existing portfolio of solutions.
Possesses subject-matter expertise in identifying and compiling the right set of firm solutions to address specific client needs.
Contributes to and helps to operationalize management strategies for solution development and enhancement by engaging appropriate platform, product, or software development staff.
Creates evaluation criteria and success metrics for firm solutions (adoption, utilization, etc.).
Leads development of pricing, promotion, distribution strategies and competitive differentiators.
Positions solutions for specific client segments highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages.
Works closely with Relationship Management, Business Development, Account Management, and Product Development teams to deliver on sales and market share goals.
Collaborates with Marketing on how to raise awareness and increase adoption and utilization of firm offerings. Works closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure that solutions adhere to the necessary regulatory requirements.
Demonstrates significant external activity in the market by conducting speaking engagements, liaising with industry and professional groups, and networking with strategic decision makers at clients and prospects.
Develops firm intellectual capital around solutions and consulting approach to share with the market.
No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed.
May lead others on project teams or assist management to operationalize functional or business objectives.
Contributes to the achievement of functional objectives and profitability of assigned product(s).
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
10-12 years of total work experience is preferred.
Securities, financial products and/or financial industry experience preferred.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
