Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete account opening/closing procedures.
• Assist Wealth Advisory personnel in the client onboarding process.
• Ensure client access to online wealth management programs, providing ongoing service support to the client; review and send client documents and notifications on accounts and perform ongoing maintenance and updates.
• Assist Compliance department with meeting necessary standards.
• Assist in the dual control audit procedures to verify team work.
• Review and maintain liability insurance for real estate held in trust accounts.
• Maintain assets in safekeeping vault and integrity of client vault files.
• Assist with frontline training for Wealth Advisory associates on processes, procedures and systems.

Qualifications:

Knowledge

• Strong client services skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Accounting and data processing systems, procedures and controls

Ability

• Communicate clearly with all team members
• Prioritize multiple tasks and requests
• Perform well under time pressures
• Coordinate with multiple teams and departments

Education:

• Associate's degree or High School diploma with 2 or more years related work experience required.
• Operations, banking, or trust administration experience preferred.
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
