About our client
Our client is a prestigious international investment firm with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their newly formed UK-focused investments team in London. The team will focus on investments in technology, life sciences and energy transition/renewable energy, from venture capital and growth equity to private equity.
What the job involves
  • Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process
  • Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
  • Developing and analysing financial models as well as assisting with due diligence
  • Supporting asset management activities, including asset valuation, monitoring financial performance and preparing internal and external portfolio communication
  • Managing Analysts/Senior Analysts on the team
Who we are looking for
  • This opportunity would be suitable for candidates with investment banking, management consulting or PE investment experience
  • The ideal candidate will be an investor at a leading investment bank or venture capital/private equity firm
  • You should have a demonstrable track record of executing M&A transactions
  • You should have a strong business acumen and a passion for technology, healthcare and energy investments
  • Degree in finance, business management, economics or equivalent, from a top-tier university
