The Solutions Consultant's goal is to increase the use of Pershing's investment and technology solutions by working in a consultative capacity with clients and the internal sales team.
In order to achieve this, the Solutions Consultant will:
Educate clients and internal teams on the available products and solutions that are appropriate to their business
After a client discovery assessment, make appropriate recommendations on which solutions to implement and assist in the implementation
Conduct research on the market and competitive landscape, and share this research with the Pershing team and clients
Identify gaps in current solutions offerings and make recommendations for future investments
Successfully drive adoption and utilization of Pershing solutions to our clients, with defined measures of success
Participate in Pershing and industry events (potentially as a speaker), and will help contribute to Pershing thought leadership

This is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports.
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
5-7 years of total work experience. Securities, financial products and/or the finance industry experience preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
