As a Barclays Project Manager, you will assist the Product Managers with the design and testing of efficient systems and operational workflows to advance digital business initiatives, operationalize MI, and ensure compliance with all new regulations (including FINRA 2242, MiFID II, Cross Border and others). You will work within Research Central that provides support to middle office, operations, and other services that support Research.

Organizing studies and evaluations and assisting in documenting system designs and procedures
Preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
Building analytics, dashboards, and workflows to advance business initiatives & building platform for Research management reporting, using QlikView, Business Objects, and SQL
Providing analytics on business performance and making recommendations for improvement
Liaising with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that business priority items are completed on time in accordance with regulatory and strategic deadlines
Testing enhancement and fixes which have been implemented to ensure there is positive impact to the Business
Ensuring Business stakeholder knowledge in using various applications developed by IT teams
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and control requirements for research and markets
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience working in an Investment Bank
Familiarity with Analytics and Data Science tools; Strategic approach to designing solutions
Basic understanding of Research as a business
Proven ability to manage ambitious change programs and deliver them on time
