The Expertise We're Looking For
Outstanding customer relations experience
Sales experience is a plus
FINRA Series 7 OR ability to acquire series 7 upon hire
High degree of motivation and able to work collaboratively
Knowledge of a consultative relationship process helpful
The Purpose of Your Role As part of the Workplace Planning and Advice outbound and inbound call team, you will start your journey in our multi-stage development to career planning and advice. Engaging inactive and active 401(k) participants to introduce them to our services, guiding them through all their available options. You'll connect with our clients to build effective relationships through calling and engaging warm leads as well as taking inbound calls.
You will be supported in learning the business and building skills in Fidelity's Relationship Model, our planning culture and how to best leverage technology to help our clients. Our top-quality training resources will ensure you have all the answers you need to provide customers with the best guidance - and to get the results you are striving toward.
