Position Description: The HRBP Associate will provide program execution and day to day support related to HR Business Partner and Employee Relations efforts. PIMCO's HR Business Partners consult with business leaders to design and implement people strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent and foster inclusive and diverse teams. As trusted advisors to the business, they provide guidance to people leaders, leveraging deep knowledge of the business to evaluate what is needed to support business objectives and accelerate employee success and career growth. HR Business Partners collaborate with the broader HR team on initiatives related to talent management, organizational design, compensation and workforce planning. Our Employee Relations team acts as advisors for the HR team for any aspect of employment related risk, provides oversight and governance for employment related policies, oversees immigration program management, and partners on special projects such as legislative or regulatory change projects.
