Affirm Wealth Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. is looking for an individual with experience in the Financial Advisory Services industry to join our practice. We are looking for a Director of First Impressions to assist in enhancing the client service experience by providing white glove service assisting our Financial Advisors with administrative and operational support.
What we offer:
A competitive base salary (range of $40,000 - $55,000 annually) commensurate with experience, skills, knowledge and competencies

Director of First Impressions: welcoming clients into the office, answering the phones, providing that first point of white glove service to our clients
Manages and maintains team calendars:
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Team birthdays, anniversariesetc.
Maintaining professional appearance of the lobby and kitchen
Tracking incoming and outgoing mail/packages
Manages and organizes birthday and anniversary client mailings
Managing office supplies and needs (materials, issues with the building space, etc.)
Other administrative tasks as needed: filing, scanning, preparing large mailings, confirming appointments, etc.
Support to Director of Operations, Financial Advisors and Client Service Team:
Concierge services for existing clients including assisting with meeting preparation
Regular client communication supporting our Advisors or Directors
Manage multiple and competing priorities on a daily basis in pursuit of business objectives
Works closely with the team's Directors to carry out various projects
3+ years of client service experience in the financial advisory industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Outlook
Experience utilizing a client relationship management tool such as SalesForce
Ability to deepen and broaden client relationships
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Ability to handle multi-line phone system
Professional demeanor and appearance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Ensures complete and efficient business/client interactions: confident and engaging presence
Punctual and dependable
