Program Manager, Student & Future CPA Initiatives

The Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) is looking for an energetic and passionate individual with a strong desire to implement programs and opportunities aimed at increasing the pipeline of future Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). You will manage scholarships, events, and outreach efforts that recruit college students to join the Illinois CPA Society, encourage students and professionals to pursue their CPA credential, and support them on their journey to become CPAs. You will be responsible for college educator relationships and engagement strategies. You will manage a Specialist who focuses on student and diversity outreach and support. You would be part of a team that supports the pipeline of future CPAs including a manager who focuses on fundraising for our programs and another manager who leads our initiatives to increase diversity in the CPA profession.
