Who we are looking for
- Leadership and Primary ownership of Data Resiliency standards and BAU functions across Enterprise IT
- Proven expertise in Disaster Recovery, Data Resiliency Processes, and controls
- Experience with Large Data Center Wide Resiliency exercises
- Experience automating application recovery plans and execution
- Close coordination with various Enterprise Technology Services teams, Risk, Compliance, Corporate Audit, and external Auditors
- Scripting skills for automation, development experience is a plus.
What you will be responsible for
The IT Infrastructure Operations Manager is a critical role for State Street and responsible for Technology Resiliency Strategy, Automation, Governance Model, Processes, Transformation / Remediation Plan and associated Coordination efforts.
The candidate will own and be accountable for the above-mentioned functions that include day-to-day management of Automation, Governance, collaboration across IT departments/Business Units as well as the monitoring and maintenance of the Data Resiliency testing, transformation and ultimately the managing functions for policies, processes and controls.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or any branch of Science, Engineering or Technology
- A Minimum 15 years of experience in IT in the areas of Applications and/or Infrastructure development, maintenance, support using various technology and databases
- Strong knowledge of ITIL (preferably V4) Disaster Recovery, Application and/or Infrastructure, systems development process, SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall a plus)
- Proven experience in IT recovery management, Incidents, and problem management
- Strong knowledge in Project management and coordination, conducting reviews, providing constructive feedback is a must
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate across various levels of the organization and excellent inter-personal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight schedules
- Experience with all the Windows Office products Excel, PP, Word and Outlook
