About our client
Our client is a growing private equity secondaries firm, looking to expand its team in London at the associate level. With ???900m AUM across four funds, they have ambitious growth plans, and their next fundraising will represent a significant uplift. They have a highly collaborative and friendly culture, and you will gain significant responsibility from the offset, getting the opportunity to work across a wide range of transactions.

What the job involves
  • Involvement across the entire deal process, from screening to execution, as well as monitoring the existing portfolio
  • Working with the deal team to source, execute and complete due diligence on transactions
  • Support the investment team in organising and preparing for calls and meetings with private equity managers and intermediaries

Who we are looking for
  • Experience in investment banking, M&A or management consulting
  • 2:1 or above undergraduate degree from a leading university
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including experience conducting financial valuation analysis
  • A strong interest in private equity and investing
