Work closely with members of the ECM origination and syndicate team on deal execution and the coverage team on assisting with preparing strategic and financial analysis for preparation of pitch documentation

• Provide support on execution of various types of offerings such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), follow-ons, private placements, De-SPACs, etc

• Proactively help to identify upcoming client needs and maintain a high level of due diligence all internal procedures

• Communicate with sales, research, and trading to discuss trends and investor feedback

• Coordinate and produce reporting deliverables for senior management and regulatory bodies

Your Skills and Experience:

• Experience in finance or accounting in investment banking, capital markets, or trading experience; familiarity with capital markets transaction execution and process management; demonstrated interest in equity capital markets with the critical ability to maintain focused attention with a premium on accuracy and accountability

• Ability to work under pressure, being able to make quick decisions while interacting with sales & trading professionals, investors, and issuers; ability to multi-task detail across multiple deals at different points in their life cycle

• Strong quantitative, numerical, and analytical skills; creative problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills

• High energy and a self-motivator; you will exemplify a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork

• Working directly with senior bankers, you must have the maturity and presence to represent the Firm before management teams and other deal professional
