The Princeton office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate to join its Health Care & Life Sciences practice.
Candidates should have a minimum of four years of relevant experience in complex commercial real estate leases, purchases and sales including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing of various real estate asset classes, including, office, medical, industrial, and retail. Experience with lender-side real estate financing work would be a plus.
Candidates should possess general corporate/limited liability company knowledge and have general commercial transactional experience. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication and writing skills, and have excellent drafting skills. The firm is looking for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in New Jersey is mandatory.
