Our client is a well-established global financial services group with multiple established fund strategies in place across several international markets. It is now expanding its European Real Estate Investment team and is looking to hire an Investment Analyst.

The team is small and dynamic and therefore the culture within the team is of up most importance to them. They are an inclusive firm who value and endorse the opinions and ideas of all its team members. It is now looking for an ambitious and hands-on Investment Analyst to join the team in London.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluating the attractiveness of investment opportunities
Managing due diligence on acquisitions
Tracking portfolio performance and managing portfolio reporting

YOUR PROFILE:

Demonstrable work experience in investment banking (M&A or leverage finance), a fund, or relevant internships
Real estate experience is helpful but not a pre-requisite
A genuine interest in Real Estate investing
