What Makes You A Great Candidate: • You have 2-5 years of professional experience in urban planning, commercial real estate, construction management, or other related industry
• You have a bachelor’s degree in business, civil engineering, construction management, urban planning, or similar field
• You have experience or familiarity with economic development
• You have strong, demonstrated project/program management experience
• You are familiar with site analysis and the development of industrial facilities
• Excellent relationship-building skills that cultivate strong partnerships, champions, and advocates, and inspire credibility and trust with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills, and CRM experience. Salesforce desired.
• Commitment to stay current in the field through research, information exchange, education, and event attendance.
• Ability to perform activities with a clear sense of urgency, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to the success of the position, organization, and the Region.
