Nixon Peabody’s Real Estate attorneys help clients structure, negotiate and close complicated real estate and construction transactions with future-focused, business-grounded advice and practical solutions. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of real estate transactional experience, including experience in the negotiation of commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, real estate finance, and title and survey review. Retail leasing experience is a plus. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualified candidates will have stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
