The ideal candidate will have three (3) to five (5) years of experience representing emerging growth companies and venture capital funds with respect to their financing, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate needs. The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters handled by our industry leading corporate transactions practice.
