We are seeking to hire an Emerging Companies & Venture Capital associate to join our growing San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have three (3) to five (5) years of experience representing emerging growth companies and venture capital funds with respect to their financing, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate needs. The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters handled by our industry leading corporate transactions practice. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced market-driven environment.
