We are seeking an attorney with approximately two to four years of experience working on commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. Qualified candidates will have transactional experience representing developers and investors with respect to multifamily and commercial properties as well as a strong interest in real estate finance, housing and community development. Knowledge of federal, state and New York City affordable housing and community development programs and regulations is preferred.
Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
