We are seeking recent law school graduates with a demonstrated interest in affordable housing to join as an Associate. The Associate will be responsible for representing residential real estate buyers and sellers in closings.
Experience and Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in residential work and/or real estate law • Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills, as well as leadership and business development skills • New York State Bar admission required Bonus: • New Jersey or another state bar admission • Portable business • Spanish language skills
