We are looking for an experienced marketer and business leader to run our marketing function for APAC. The role will involve developing and implementing a long-term marketing strategy rooted in the global vision whilst collaborating closely with the Head of PIMCO APAC on our business objectives.
Work in close partnership with business leaders across the region to drive customer and revenue goals
Lead and develop a seasoned team across regional businesses
Core to this role will be the development and implementation of strategic marketing, including driving the region's digital agenda
Partner with Head of APAC and local business management team to build capability, launch new platforms, reach new markets and pursue innovative growth opportunities for PIMCO in the region
Partner with senior leadership and country teams to create fully-integrated marketing capabilities and campaigns
Measure and optimize the performance of all programs, campaigns, and channels to drive revenue growth and strategic value.
Align brand messaging and content to target audiences and customer segments to drive business objectives
Nurture relationships and lead strategic initiatives with data-informed decision making, consultation, effective communication and collaboration skills
Be at the forefront of marketing innovation and take advantage of emerging opportunities to ensure PIMCO stays ahead of competitors
Strong business leader who can set strategic direction, lead teams in multiple offices and encourage strong business performance
Executing data-driven marketing strategies
Deep knowledge of the institutional and intermediary-directed investment management sales model, including the APAC competitive landscape
Demonstrated success in leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team
Experience collaborating across teams, businesses and time zones
Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity to the numerous cultures within APAC
Strong presentation and communication skills: a proven ability to persuade and sell strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated track record of delivery, results orientation and bias for action
Exceptional work ethic and ability to succeed in high intensity environment
