Step into an instrumental role! Work as a key team member of an independent advisor franchisee with a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial. Assist in daily business operations. Responsible for facilitating a proactive, timely, professional, and quality client experience. Manages all aspects of the client experience for new, existing, and prospective clients. Oversees the scheduling and execution of marketing activities. Manage social media activities, project manage and execute events.
Assists the firm in managing the client servicing process.
Scheduling all client meetings and meeting confirmations
Prepares client meeting packages
Handle "non-trade" related service requests
Provides centralized tracking of client data:
Ensures all client service meetings are delivered
Responsible for e-filing of client documentation
Tracks all communications and client data
Ensures all marketing activities are scheduled and executed
Leads social media activities from set-up to activity tracking

Strong interpersonal skills

Process-oriented and can work with a team
Able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
Able to independently work with minimal supervision
Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as required by advisor and Ameriprise
Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor's practice
Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
Associates or Bachelor degree
1-5 years in client service or similar experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Direct experience with Salesforce contact management software is a plus
Working knowledge of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
