We are looking for an Assistant Risk & Compliance Manager to help provide effective risk and compliance oversight across our business.
What you'll be doing
Providing end to end ownership and driving the resolution of system and business related issues including system permissions and control, and user access.
Providing ongoing support and maintenance around systems in place for SMCR & the Training and Competency Scheme.
Maintaining and supporting with the implementation of polices in relation to all aspects of Compliance Monitoring.
Producing communications, MI, and reports in order to support the team in providing effective oversight.
Supporting the Head of Compliance with ongoing management of the team.
Analysing key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifying possible impacts on the business.
Your qualifications & experience
Business/process analysis and change management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills (internal & external)
Proactive, pragmatic and enthusiastic approach
Financial Services experience
It would be great if you had experience/knowledge of Wealth Management industry, but that's not essential as we will provide support and training for the right candidate.
