Prepare, analyze, and review all annual, semi-annual and other reports for the mutual funds and variable products required to satisfy regulatory requirements. Prepare supporting work papers for independent auditor requests. Prepare consolidated information for internal management as needed.
Prepare, analyze, and review all annual, semi-annual and other reports for the mutual funds and variable products required to satisfy regulatory requirements. Prepare annual, semi-annual, shareholder and portfolio reports; including footnotes, highlights, expense tables, trial balancing, cost roll forward schedule, portfolio turnover schedule, derivatives table and volume disclosures. Review shareholder reports and reviews/checks financial/accounting data for accuracy.
Compile and transmit monthly, quarterly and annual information to mutual funds reporting agencies. Prepare various internal reports and information summaries.
Participate in audit review sessions and follow through on issue resolution. Critical in audit confirmation process needed for external audit sign off prior to deadlines
Prepare reports that are filed with regulatory agencies by preparing and electronically filing reports (i.e. N-SAR (SEC Form section), Financial data schedule) with regulatory agencies such as the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
Bachelors degree and 1+ years of experience
Experience with accounting systems (Invest One, ArcReporting).
Excellent PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel and OneNote.
Strong work ethic and high standards for accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong problem solving skills.
Basic knowledge of ArcReporting operations to prepare financial statement drafts.
