Create performance-focused training content that engages our learners in multiple modalities including ILT, VILT, eLearning, video, blended, games, quizzes, job aids, activities and more ??? Engage in deep collaboration with instructional designers, content developers, subject matter experts, business leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions ??? Ability to manage priorities effectively amidst ambiguity, multiple priorities, and aggressive deadlines within a complex, fast paced environment ??? Innovate and iterate - our business and learners' needs are constantly evolving, and so must our award-winning learning solutions ??? Give and seek meaningful feedback to identify ways to improve the learning experience Technical skills needed: ??? Must be capable of combining graphics, video, sound, and text to create a seamless, attractive user experience. ??? Skilled in the application of web-based authoring software (Articulate Storyline, RISE, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, HTML) to courses ??? Experience in multimedia development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Audition, Premiere, Vyond). ??? Experience developing self-paced eLearning curriculums, storyboards, job aids, online tutorials, assessments and print-based materials. ??? Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology such as ADDIE, SAM or similar
??? Bachelor's degree or equivalent ??? 3+ years relevant experience ??? Excellent writing, editing, critical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills. ??? Proven 2+ years business experience and success designing and developing training content, or Degree in instructional design, multimedia design, learning technology, education, or a related field. ??? Strong organizational, written, and communication skills. ??? Strong relationship skills and customer focus ??? Results driven, project management, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and concurrent deadlines. ??? Knowledge of financial services and products and/or experience with call center operations is helpful ??? Provide creative and innovative thought leadership
