The successful candidate will be working closely with Credit Operations unit managers and Country CBORC to strengthen controls and ensure audit readiness across Credit Operations units. He/ She will review MCA results and highlight issues and areas of improvements to the respective managers / supervisors. He / She will also be involved in reviewing and implementing key control initiatives and process changes for Credit Operations. This role would also help the incumbent understand and cover processes and control in all 3 units in Credit Operations i.e. Credit Initiation, Collection & Fraud.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, independently and efficiently
An eye for details and possesses good analytical/problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
