The planning assistant supports the many different tasks for which the practice is responsible and ties directly to the overall business plan of the practice. This role provides client relationship and general practice management support through gathering client data, helping prepare other client deliverables and touch points such as organizing client files, setting up new business and performing other business management tasks as needed.
Run investment reports and other client meeting documents.
Work with staff to gather missing client data to ensure a timely process of financial plan production.
Create timely and compliant written deliverables.
Enter and analyze client data in the comprehensive financial planning software.
Prepare charts, graphs, tables and other visual aids to be used in client meetings.
Contact clients, as needed.
Series 7, Series 66, and life, accident and health licenses preferred.
2-3 years industry experience, preferred.
Financial planning experience preferred.
A self-starter who's always looking for ways to help and grow.
Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Good written communication and strong analytical skills are critical.
