Implement and maintain surveillance programs and activities guided by the Private Banking Sales and Advisory Practices for Accredited Investors [Premier Private Clients] to meet fair dealing principles.
Perform root cause analysis for purpose of identifying early warning signals and emerging risks, propose actions and work closely with stakeholders to address the issues identified as a risk mitigant.

Manage vendor to achieve effectiveness in conducting client survey and mystery shop exercise, including cost efficiency.

Continually reassess the relevance of surveillance programs and activities associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices and the impact of technology.
Degree holder with considerable work experience in consumer banking.
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements on fair dealing, advisory and sales process.
Strong awareness of risk and conduct issues and be able to investigate/escalate incidents and assess impact.
Leadership experience and strategic thinker.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of dealing with executives at different levels
