Our Investment Banking Program will provide you with a comprehensive experience through broad exposure to the financial services industry and successful execution of significant transactions in the marketplace. Your field of responsibility
As a First-Year Analyst, you will receive intensive training. Our training program is considered one of the top and most significant programs in Wall Street. Components of this training will include an orientation to the Firm, basics of accounting, corporate finance, financial modeling and valuation techniques. You will learn key concepts integral to your career and participate in a week-long deal training seminar modeled after a real life scenario. The program also includes a variety of social events to facilitate networking among your colleagues.
Analyzing companies using valuation techniques and finance modeling
Researching the influence of a transaction on a capital structure
Analyzing the ramifications of mergers, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts

Credit Suisse San Francisco's industry-leading healthcare franchise provides full-service, comprehensive solutions for a broad range of clients. The San Francisco Healthcare group is a tightly-knit team with years of shown experience, offering a strong small-group culture with the large resources of Credit Suisse. Applicants to this role should be undergraduates graduating by December 2021 or May/June 2022.
