As a Barclays Americas Client Integration Support you will join a global team across EME, US, and APAC which centrally manages client onboarding, off boarding and client maintenance activities for Markets Front Office. You would be responsible for delivering a number of strategic projects and overseeing BAU to improve the client and colleague experience, drive down e2e cycle times and enable the business to generate revenues through client onboarding opportunities.

What will you be doing?
??? You will serve as a point of contact and lead for CIT projects, including regulatory deliverables requiring Front Office engagement and support (e.g., FinCEN remediation) ??? You will oversee the Front Office escalation protocol and consequences framework for regulatory deliverables impacting markets ??? You will continuously optimize BAU processes, requirements and resource allocation with KYC, Client Onboarding, Credit Risk, Tax, and Legal to drive down cycle times ??? You will be handling issue management, support mission critical on boards, troubleshooting complex problems, & escalation resolution for Markets ??? You will be providing back up support to teammates and secondary support to Front Office Ownership Lead when they are out of the office??? You will providing support to onboarding queries if the Global team requires assistance
What we're looking for:
??? Knowledge of the Investment Bank, Markets products, business activities and client base ??? Exceptional understanding of the client lifecycle process end to end ??? Ability to work in a time sensitive demanding environment and handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously ??? Excellent PowerPoint presentation and Excel skills, including data analysis and data manipulation
Skills that will help you in the role :
??? Familiarity with client data (SDS, Jetbridge) and sales systems (CCLT, Flightdeck, Salesforce) highly desirable ??? Excellent product and transaction lifecycle knowledge across multiple Markets asset classes ??? Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to independently lead projects, critically analyze root causes and issues, and implement change
