We Offer Become a member of the Structured Loan Closing team within the APAC Loan Operations function, responsible for liaising with business and reviewing of all APAC Structured Loan documents to ensure operational workability. You will mainly setup and maintain all APAC Structured Loan facilities in the Bank's systems including borrower and lender details, loan economic details, collateral details and account setups. Also, process any trading of loan positions in the secondary market ensuring system records and documentation is accurately executed. Respond to queries from borrowers, lenders and investors working closely with the Front Office, Credit Risk Management and General Counsel teams where needed. Responsible to document financial and legal covenant requirements, monitoring borrower compliance for submission of financial covenants and processing waiver request on financial or legal events during the lifecycle of the loan. Credit Suisse APAC Structured Loan Servicing Operations amalgamates loan operations function for APAC Financing Group (AFG), Asset Finance and Loan Syndication businesses. The team is strategically and functionally responsible for the full spectrum of APAC Structured Lending Operations for the Investment Banking division of the bank as Facility and Security Agent. Main function is to maintain all client portfolios of syndicated and bilateral facilities collaborating with borrowers, lenders and all other syndicate members for documentation of primary and secondary trades covering both syndicated and bi-lateral deal structures. Team also collaborates with business partners and support functions for Client On-Boarding, Documentation, Deal Maintenance and Loan Servicing, and Exception management ie team is responsible to liaise with borrowers, lenders and investors on fundings, drawdown, rollover, fee payment, pre/repayment and trade settlements.
