Who we are looking for The Business CIO Strategic PMO Lead is responsible and accountable for the management of program and / or project structures that align to the business outcomes & goals defined within the original business case, managing the associated delivery timelines, team requirements and costs What you will be responsible for As Business CIO Strategic PMO Lead, you will
Support & maintain program / project level governance control procedures for the complete delivery lifecycle, covering resource utilization, change control and financials
Produce & analyze project reporting to ensure projects progress against key agreed criteria including: cost, schedule, risks, issues and benefits are accurately tracked and reported. Identify trends & improvement opportunities, highlighting proposed action plans to senior management
Support & maintain project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery is taken across the delivery book of work through the use of available & recognized project mgmt delivery tools, processes and best practices
Responsible for the creation of a Change Control process covering timelines, scope and resources. Provides evaluation of impacts across the program and provides strategy options to minimize impacts to the defined business goals / outcomes
Responsible for the creation of continuous risk assessment and health check evaluations of the projects through the complete delivery lifecycle, providing escalations where appropriate along with the options required to mitigate risks that could impede the successful delivery of the business outcomes
Creation and management of Operational Readiness workstreams across all projects that ensures the target operating model is continuously evaluated and tested throughout the delivery lifecycle
Ensures all projects are closed out appropriately ensuring full transition of processes to a BAU state for both technology and Operations, as well as ensuring the business outcomes have been through appropriate measurement
Creation and support of a working environment where people management and development is a key priority providing coaching to direct reports and others in the organization as required. Ensures the State Street values are maintained across the teams at all times
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 10 to 15 or more years of experience in project/program management
