Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EYâ€™s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities
Understand business and learning requirements. Partner with learning partners and managers to assess learning and development needs.
Serve as a learning advisor to business units and individuals.
Coordinate design / delivery / evaluation of assurance curriculum. Promote consistent learning standards and ensure quality of learning solutions (see Learning Design & Delivery section for details).
Manage assurance learning programs (see Learning Management section for details).
Coach others in delivering/instructing effective learning interventions
Learning Design & Delivery
Identify and review courses/products/materials/technology which are relevant to the practice
Design, and/or coordinate the design of, high quality learning interventions in a variety of delivery environments (e-Learning, instructor led, virtual classroom)
Facilitate the design process, partnering with subject matter experts and other resources as appropriate.
Identify and promote new methods and techniques in learning design, delivery and administration
Analyze the effectiveness of current learning by compiling and assessing evaluation data
Train instructors in effective instructing techniques
Coach instructors on their facilitation skills
Review and assess external vendor courses, college/university courses to meet development needs and to provide a well-rounded curriculum.
Manage existing courses
Manage external vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Identify/recommend subject matter experts and instructors
Create and monitor learning budgets working with the program manager
Monitor the production of learning materials and the distribution and completion of pre-work activities for course
Collect and analyze course evaluation from various sources and identify ways for improvement.
To qualify for the role you must haveÂ
University graduate with minimum 6 years working experience in assurance (manager or above).Â Experience of Digital GAM and Helix is preferred.
Ideally with experience in course designing, delivery and evaluation.
Ability to provide pragmatic solutions to business needs.
Ability to influence partners and managers discreetly.
Project management skills
Effective communicator. Good presentation skills both oral and written.
Team player and active listener with the ability to respond to and develop the ideas of others. Experience of supervising staff and managing relationships with external suppliers.
