Develop and implement policies, procedures and annual plans related to the Group manpower target, HR budget, compensation & benefits as well as performance management to support the delivery of the Group's strategy.
Coordinate organization-wide performance management efforts, including but not limited to conducting regular review of staff performance management policies and procedures, leading the development of KPI frameworks and annual performance indicators for key positions / frontline positions, evaluating the effectiveness and implementation of the mechanism, and providing advices for improvement.
Based on the actual conditions of the market, peers and the Group, make recommendations on annual salary review, short-term and long-term incentive plans, and monitor their implementation.
Design and implement corporate culture building initiatives and strengthen corporate culture publicity to build consensus among employees at all levels.
Ensure that the Group's HR and compensation & benefits policies, mechanisms and systems meet the requirements of relevant laws and legislation.
Work in liaison with key stakeholders (including other departments, the Group's member organizations / subsidiaries, Human Resources business partners etc) to support the link between strategic business objectives and people's day-to-day actions.
University degree or above
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in HR planning, reward and performance management, including a minimum of 7 years experience in banking / financial industry. Experiences in designing, developing and implementing enterprise wide culture strategy and activities will be an advantage.
With risk management mindset and understanding of the laws, industry practices and market conditions of the member institutions of the Group
Strong adaptability and agility
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
