Own the strategic forward-looking roadmap for key MarTech and personalisation platforms across OCBC Group - working in conjunction with key business user groups to understand emerging needs and use cases Partner with specific client stakeholders within OCBC to understand their business challenges & use your data expertise to proactively identify areas where MarTech can create value. Take the lead in implementing MarTech platforms effectively, integrating with technologies such as CDP, data lake, marketing automation and recommendation engine. Lead vendor selection processes to secure & implement best-of-breed applications with the OCBC MarTech stack
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Own the omni-channel strategic MarTech roadmap Lead the design of the MarTech stack to ensure effective data driven, personalized messages can be delivered and tracked across OCBC omni-channel environment
Work with key internal stakeholders to identify best of breed MarTech solutions that can improve marketing performance and customer personalisation including areas such as:
Web analytics tools
Journey management and personalisation
Content management platforms
Email marketing tools
Campaign and leads management
Proactive monitoring of the market for emerging technologies that can improve marketing performance and personalisation
Understand business and technology requirements and connect the dots to deliver the MarTech strategy to fulfill business objectives
Develop business cases and obtain approvals for pilot tests and production rollouts of new MarTech components
Promote the adoption and reuse of establish MarTech capabilities with other OCBC Group companies across the region.
2. MarTech and AdTech Implementation
Work with cross-functional program teams in IT and business to integrate and configure key marketing technologies
Serve as super-user and product evangelist for all MarTech, supporting internal stakeholders with workflow set-up and training to drive adoption
Provide guidance on AdTech stack setup and Data governance
3. Governance of MarTech platforms
Be the system owner for key marketing technology platforms
Define Group standards and best practices for implementation in areas such as Digital tagging across OCBC digital channels
Manage the vendor relationships and commercials for key MarTech tools
Manage and identify opportunities for online journeys and work with relevant stakeholders to improve them
Develop range of campaigns to re-target customers who have interacted with OCBC online
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Competencies):
Proven track record in MarTech or related areas such as digital analytics, marketing automation or personalisation
Experience working across marketing technology stacks in Customer Data Platforms and Content Management Systems
Solid hands-on experience working with the Adobe suite of products (Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager)
Familiarity with SEM, Social, DSP, DMP, Media exchanges, Brand safety tools, MMP deployment and management
Experience in developing digital analytics strategy & implementation guidelines
Communication & Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills and ability to influence the business to take action from the data.
