We are currently seeking a high calibreÂ professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Collections.
To manage the legal support team within the Collections to ensure that the team performs the legal proceedings in an efficient manner so as to enhance the collections and recoveries of both secured and unsecured debts
To handle deceased cases to minimize the bad debt of the bank and provide support to the customers during their difficult time
To oversee and provide timely instructions to the Distressed Property Agent to sell the repossessed properties within reasonable timeframe and price
To provide MI and accurate statistics which reflect the latest stages of legal actions for the Collections cases Â
Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures and practicesÂ
Responsible for enhancing the work efficiency of the team by implementing the streamlining initiatives
University degree or similar qualificationsÂ
Knowledge in the legal practices of secured and unsecured debt recoveries
Experience in handling mortgagee actions involving the repossession and disposal of properties
Confident in handling customer calls, including those complaint casesÂ
Extensive experience in managing a team and external vendor, Legal firm and Asset Management CompanyÂ
Able to tackle complicated legal issues in relation to property repossession and charging order
