Pershing|BNYM offers middle office brokerage operations for Direct Brokerage Services clients in our Wealth Solutions space. The middle office team supports functions such as account maintenance and asset movement requests, document review and data processing. The team works closely with internal business partners to ensure all service levels are met. In this role you will build a good foundational knowledge base by gaining a solid understanding of middle office services, as well as a general understanding of our overall business model. Team members are client focused, detailed oriented and able to acclimate to a sometimes fast paced environment. You will also work with team members to create efficiencies and solutions to enhance overall client satisfaction. The team takes a proactive approach to working with our clients by meeting daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs), handling client requests across various topics and processing transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Qualifications High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
