We currently have several new opportunities in our Design, Digital and Delivery (D3) team based in Sydney where you will be driving the fast-past implementation of our Customer Strategy.
Working in the team you will be involved through the design thinking process; finding opportunities, ideating on how to improve, designing and testing prototypes, and then building and delivering transformational change for our customers and people.
As the Manager, Digital Propositions your main responsibilities will include:
Strategic development of digital proposition with clear roadmap and milestones.
Drive enhancements to offer seamless customer experiences to our customers
Drive continuous improvement of the Digital Channel functionalities, user experience in line with customer demand and competitor market.
Work with the regional and local stakeholders to win priority and resource allocation for projects and deliver against strategy.
Act as Business PO for digital projects setting requirements and priorities across digital banking
Work with transformation teams to successfully land initiatives with customers and internal stakeholders
Work using agile and waterfall methodologies
Deliver multiple projects simultaneously in collaboration with multiple technical and business teams to ensure success of digital strategy.
Driving changes taking account of local and regional business and IT requirements and constraints to derive commercial value from the digital propositions
Act as digital Channel SME across the business
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum of eight years proven and progressive digital experience
A thorough understanding of a multi-channel business model is essential. Good Understanding of Retail banking and other banking channels.
In-depth understanding of Digital Propositions
A thorough understanding of HSBC internal systems, processes and operational risk aspects of the job
Sound understanding of the Company's customer segments, products offered and the competitive market as well as the capability to market and sell to those segments are key
Thorough knowledge of pertinent regulations impacting retail banking activities and delivery systems and channels, including market potential as well as the regulatory framework are required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, information technology or equivalent experience.
Strong business acumen and ability to continually make trade-off decisions and build consensus.
Strong ability to use numerical data to develop tactical plans within the broad context of strategic plans and change them as warranted by results
Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile development environment
