The candidate must be expertise in design and an eye for aesthetic as well.
The People Engagement Specialist is responsible to drive initiatives to improve people engagement within the department and drive programs to develop core skills and soft skills for the people.
Planning and executing all internal engagements related
including creating/writing content on welfare topics and internal engagement newsletter
internal team community building eg health programs
upskill internal capabilities in terms of technical and soft skills
owner of all outreach programs eg charities
owner of all programs related to people relationships
Involve in onboarding and hiring process for new hires with HR for all types
Plan and execute of welcome sessions for all new hires and encouraging them to follow the learning pathways
Host and emcee for all events
Design and craft media items as and when needed by the team including UI/UX of the websites
SWAG design - handle all digital items and non-digital items design eg digital badges
Data analyse and reporting across all functions in the team
Back up for Engagement Specialist
Any other initiatives that are purposeful for people engagement
At least 6 years' experience in internal engagements; especially with community building and human resources related
Degree in Human Resource Management or Communications or Psychology, preferably major in Organisational Behaviour/workplace psychology
Proficiency in creation of topics related to all aspects of well-being (Portfolio to illustrate well-structured content planning and execution)
Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is a MUST (Portfolio to illustrate expertise on design)
Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Good to have Wordpress skills
Proficiency to translate engagements to data points and ability to use for analysing and aid strategy planning
Interested in people relationships and development in people
Approachable, pleasant character with charismatic personality
Pro-active team player with active listening skills
Strong communications skills; able to communicate with everyone
