Reporting to the Director of Investment Operations, the Investment Operations Analyst will support various members of the Investment Operations Department. Successful Investment Operations Analyst candidates will be proactive self-starters with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties
Processing and overseeing daily investment related cash activity
Interacting and communicating with PRIM’s Master Custodian
Entering and edit-checking PRIM’s private investment asset data
Preparing and reviewing supporting documentation for annual audits
Assisting with special projects
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years relevant investment operations experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels within an organization
