DWP Digital are looking for talented Lead IT Service Manager to take the reins in our pursuit of Continual Service Improvement and utilise their exceptional leadership and strong communication skills to build productive relationships with all areas of the business.
You're a leader with extensive knowledge in Service Management, Continual Service Improvement and Service Operations. You'll need expertise in setting up and leading a Continual Service Improvement function, and to enjoy a delivery-focused environment across Technology, Security and Service teams.
We want you to be a role model who challenges the status quo, providing ideas, and thinking outside the box using your understanding industry standards and what it takes to deliver a quality service.
You'll be a very senior voice in our team. We'll ask you to implement your vision, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and managing feedback and challenge from multiple stakeholder groups.
You have extensive knowledge of the ITIL service management framework, so you will be able to drive ideas and strategies. You'll help us standardise and automate, and encourage shift left activities.
