We're looking to hire an experienced Agile Analyst (Business Analyst) to support and deliver a portfolio of strategic change initiatives for China leading to the development of onshore technology platforms and capabilities that underpin our fund and wealth management business. You will form part of the core project team working under the direction of a Capability Lead and Programme director, collaborating with senior business stakeholders.
This role will be based in Singapore functionally reporting to a Capability Lead for China.
What you'll do
Partner with key business stakeholder and business change management team to influence change toward a common vision or goal
Manage stakeholder communications and ensure key stakeholders' concerns are addressed
Provide input to the design and implementation of business change management strategies and programme plans
Conduct workshops and meetings to gather business requirements across different departments
Work with key business stakeholders and business change management teams to prioritise requirements
Define detailed business processes and high-level Target Operating Model where necessary
Conduct training where required
Provide recommendations and solutions to complex business problems
Provide and consolidate various IT Inputs to the Programme Steering Committee and senior management;
Follow up on key issues and risks
Ensure all project documentation and ensure audit requirements are fulfilled
Ensure Programme adherence to GT internal policies and legal guidelines
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
Degree graduate with at least 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst in a financial service, preferably in asset or wealth management;
Sone China project exposure within financial industry or systems;
Working experience as a business analyst in the Fund management industry relating to Investment, Data and Operations.
In-depth understanding of financial instruments such as FX, money markets, derivatives and products
Competency in Mandarin language and written Chinese will be essential, as this role will need to interact with both internal and external China stakeholders
Competency in written and spoken English as this role requires interaction with regional/global GT teams and stakeholders.
Good understanding of agile working practises and ceremonies, preferably SAFe Agile
