Job Description Excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Manager join a high priority program of work
Fantastic opportunity with Big 4 bank, looking for multiple Change Managers to join a group wide program of work. You will become part of an engaging and collaborative change team, assisting with the planning and delivery of the Change Management strategy across this highly visible program of work.
About the role:
Facilitation of change activities for the program that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
Build and maintain strong relationships with a varied stakeholder group
Engage with key stakeholder/s and groups to drive the change program, overcome objections and embed the change required to support their success
Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change solutions and interventions, including communication collateral, training materials, presentations and reference material
Measure and monitor change readiness and acceptance as the business transitions through the change to BAU
Conduct detailed change impact assessments reflecting the impact of change on our people, our business and the Group
Ideally you will have previously worked across large, complex Risk/Procurement/Tech programs.
Experienced in delivering end to end Change Management, including facilitating training, workshops and communications.
Financial services experience highly desirable.
You thrive in a busy environment and are comfortable having senior level conversations with a variety of stakeholders.
You are comfortable working under tight timelines and adopt a "can-do" approach to your work.
