PIMCO is seeking a Digital Content Manager to develop and execute best-in-class digital content marketing programs designed to increase audience engagement, enhance client relationships and drive growth across multiple audiences (institutional, wealth management and end investor) and markets in the APAC region.
The candidate will report to the Head of Content Marketing, APAC, and also have a dotted reporting line to the Head of Digital Marketing, APAC.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to create high quality content and translate complicated concepts into comprehensible language and compelling messages for the target audience(s) . The candidate will be expected to have deep investment knowledge and technical fluency in finance and investment products.
The role requires a strong understanding of digital, search and social media platforms with experience in tailoring content as required. In this role, you will work closely with a team of digital and content experts to create high quality, highly effective and targeted content in order to deliver efficient and effective campaigns that align to business objectives. In order to deliver a first class client experience, you will need a strong understanding of how to communicate the right message to reach the right audience at the right time in the right place.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ã‚â€¢ Create high quality, highly effective and targeted content in a variety of web/digital friendly formats to promote PIMCOÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s broad range of products and services . Ã‚â€¢ Partner with digital team to create content streams for digital sales and engagement programs across various channels (including full funnel social media campaigns) to build personalized client journeys and enhance client experience. Ã‚â€¢ Create product content strategy roadmap for the APAC region and assets for product-related campaigns (including email, video, social and paid display) Ã‚â€¢ Drive new ideas and creative digital strategies to influence customer acquisition, retention and meet engagement targets. Ã‚â€¢ Keep up to date with content-related digital best practices, emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities to influence purchase decisions and help drive digital sales. Ã‚â€¢ Work closely with digital team to analyze metrics, identify actionable improvements and optimize content performance to achieve business KPIs and goals and drive conversions. Ã‚â€¢ Manage sign-offs with multiple stakeholders at all levels to ensure content aligns with brand, tone of voice, legal/regulatory and compliance requirements and to harness best practices across geographies and business channels. Ã‚â€¢ Assist the APAC Content Marketing Head in managing relationships with external vendors and quality checking content produced.
Education: Ã‚â€¢ BachelorÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s degree in communications, marketing or business related discipline Ã‚â€¢ Professional qualification in economics or finance a plus
Experience: Ã‚â€¢ Understanding of financial markets in the asset management industry Ã‚â€¢ Strong knowledge of investment products (knowledge of fixed income strategies highly desirable) Ã‚â€¢ Ability to translate technical and product information and distil complex messages into content that resonates with distribution audiences Ã‚â€¢ Significant experience in effectively managing, influencing and negotiating with business stakeholders Ã‚â€¢ Experience in developing SEO/SEM, email, digital media and social media campaigns Ã‚â€¢ Knowledge of the applicable financial regulations in APAC beneficial
